- your vehicle licence plate number
- the driver’s licence number of the person driving your vehicle
- the licence plate and driver’s licence numbers of the other vehicle(s) involved
- where the crash happened

Glass and windshield claims
If you have Comprehensive coverage, go directly to an ICBC Glass Express shop . You don’t need to phone ICBC or go to a claim centre first.
Online claim reports
Many claims* can be reported online, instead of by phone.
After you report a claim online, an ICBC adjuster reviews it. Within 24 hours, a confidential notice containing your claim instructions is posted online. You retrieve your online claim notice here .
